UGC NET Unemployed Union has been formed against the report of Mungerkar commette of UGC. It is request to all of the nation wideUGC NET qualifiers and the supporter of UGC NET please join the unionand strengthen the union.
Motto is :
1. Priority should be given to the NET qualifiers in lecturership with the agreement of thet the NET holdrs will have to complete there Phd work within 5 years OR elsebecause they are deeply concerned with the subject mostly the NET qualifides are somehow concerned with the research work.
2. There is a lot of corruption in lecturership job at local level. There is a lack of transperency , if the UGC NET wil be privileged , then the transperency will be there.
3. We are not opposing the Phd. holders , they are also eligible for lecturership ,but priority should be given to the NET qualifiers.

ur struggle has been successfull, for the Mungekar panel has accepted to not exempt the M Phil and Ph D holders.
Hope UGC also will accept the same. U may have to contine the struggle now to push UGC to accept the same.
We too have union in karnataka of NET / SLET holders. We endorse and support ur effort.
It would have been more better, if u change ur blog name to just UGC NET Union; This would help u to garner the support of those who are already employed but proud of NET / SLET. They may also help in contrbution of money, if at all we may have to fight in the court of law.
Making NET/SLET compulsory is the only justice UGC can do for all those people who almost died to clear the NET. We all know in India how research goes and how people get their PhDs that is why over the years they have gathered in lakhs because they don’t have to do anything except pleasing their guides. So this move of HRD and UGC is kind of discouraging mobocracy and back door entry for all those people who want to enjoy all the treats of being a lecturer and does not want to do any work.

I an Ravindra Kumar Gupta.maine DEC 03 me history se net kiya .ab to Ph.d, bhee complete ho gayee hai.kintu hamare desh kee beimaan system ki vajah se salection nahee ho paa rahaa hai.iske khilaaf adalat me janhit yachika dayar karnee chahiye ki hame varishthata ke aadhaar par college me samayojit kiyaa jaay.
to, UGC net berojgar sangh .mai isangh me shamil hona chahta hoo.ham sabhee ko milkar yah ldai ladna hoga ki ugc paas berojgaaro ko college ya university me varishthta kram ke hishab se samayojit kiya jaay.
maine MA history gold medal liya.ugc net qualified hua june 2006. 33 bar apply kiya per kahi se interview later tak nahi aaya.
